Online Marriage License Application


1. Both parties must appear together before the clerk.


2. Blood tests are not required for a marriage license

3. You do not have to be a California resident or Citizen of the United States to be married in California.

4. Both parties must possess a valid Government issued picture ID that includes full legal name and date of  birth.

5. Applicants must be un-married and 18yrs of age.

6. If either party has been granted Marriage dissolution within the last 12 months, a filed copy of the final judgment is required.

7. The license is issued at the time of appearance and is valid for 90 days.
