Fictitious Business Name Statements can be filed or copies obtained either in person or by mail at the Clerk-Recorder's Office.

If requested by mail, the turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks. If requested in person, the transaction is completed while you wait.

The form is available at the Clerk-Recorder's Office. If you need a form mailed to you, please send a request and a self addressed stamped envelope to Clerk-Recorder's Office.

Please do not send cash!
